Written by Kronosense Technologies L.L.C-FZ (Formation No. 2529704 · Licence No. 2529704.01), the company behind ActivityPulse. Our registered office and the jurisdiction our terms are governed by are set out in the privacy policy and the terms of service, which is where a data protection officer looks for them.
There is no phone line and no chat widget. We would rather say so than publish a number nobody answers.

Your employer uses ActivityPulse and you want your data, or want something changed or erased
Start with your employer, not with us. They are the data controller: they decide what is recorded, how long it is kept, and whether a restriction, objection or erasure request succeeds. We process it on their instructions and cannot overrule them. You do not need anyone’s permission to get your own copy — My data exports everything held about you, yourself, and lists what is not in the file and why. What we can do, if you write to us, is tell you which organisation holds your records and pass your request to them.You administer an account, or you are evaluating one
Support, billing and sales all arrive at the same address. Billing changes — plan, seats, payment method, invoices, cancellation — are usually quicker under Settings → Billing in the app, which opens the payment provider’s own portal. Pricing is published in full at pricing; there is no quote to request.You have found a security vulnerability
Report it to contact@activitypulse.ai and give us a reasonable window before disclosing publicly. The documents are published rather than gated: the data processing agreement (Article 28), the full sub-processor list with what each one sees and where, and how the product is built for Article 88 and works council review. Write to us for anything they do not cover, including a signed copy of the DPA.You are sending a legal notice
