Prices are per user per month in USD. Annual billing is shown by default and is roughly two months cheaper than monthly. Teams is volume-priced — every seat is billed at the band your total user count lands in.
Why sensitive capture costs more
Not as an upsell — as a brake.
Screenshots sit on the Enterprise tier and are off by default. That is not because they are expensive to run. It is because turning them on changes what a deployment has to justify: to a data protection officer, to a works council, and to the people being recorded.
Putting screenshots behind a plan and a compliance review means nobody enables them by clicking a toggle on a Tuesday. Input-activity capture — counts of key and mouse events, never what you type — is not plan-gated, but it is off by default on every tier and each person it applies to can look up its status on their own data page in the console.
Everything below that line — which application was in the foreground, for how long, against which project — is on every plan, including the free one, because that is the part that answers where the hours went.

How much does ActivityPulse cost?
ActivityPulse is free for up to three users. The paid Teams plan is volume-priced per user, billed annually: $4 per user per month for 1–50 users, $3.50 for 50–100, and $3 for 100 or more (monthly billing is $5, $4.50 and $4). Enterprise is custom, from $18 per user per month.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to three users with seven days of history, metadata-only capture and one project. It does not expire.
How does volume pricing work?
The whole account is priced at the band its total user count falls into. At 75 users every seat is billed at the 50–100 rate — you do not pay the higher small-team rate on the first fifty. Adding or removing people re-prices automatically, with proration.
Do you charge for screenshots?
Screenshots are part of the Enterprise tier and are off by default. They are gated behind a compliance review rather than sold as a switch, because enabling them changes what a deployment has to justify to a works council.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing is roughly two months cheaper per user than paying monthly. Annual is the default because it is what most teams choose.
